Here you’ll find everything you need to know about our seamless service, from the moment you book your appointment to the completion of your fitting
The Measuring Process
We want to understand our customers requirements thoroughly before supplying products. That’s why we offer a free home visit and measurement service to ensure your blinds are made perfectly for your space and installed to the highest standard. Call us now to book a consultation.
Once booked, our fitter, Mike, will attend your property to carry out a consultation, discussing your requirements and the options available. He will bring all our fabric brochure books for you to browse through while he takes precise measurements. There’s no pressure to decide on the day—if you’d like more time, you’re welcome to call into our shop and browse again at your leisure. And don’t forget, this service is completely free of charge.
Quotation
After your measure appointment, your quotation will be sent to you via text message. If you’re happy to proceed, we’ll request a 50% deposit to confirm and secure your order.
The deposit can be paid in one of the following ways:
- Cash or card in our shop.
- Via a secure payment link sent by text.
- By bank transfer.
All our quote include VAT and fitting.

Ordering
Once the deposit is received, your blinds will be placed into production. When they arrive, a member of our admin team will contact you to arrange a convenient fitting appointment. At this stage, we’ll also ask for the remaining balance to be paid prior to installation.
Fitting Day
On the day of fitting, Mike will return to professionally install your blinds, ensuring everything fits perfectly and functions as it should. He will also make sure you’re completely happy with both your new blinds and the service you’ve received before leaving.
